Liz is the founder and Clinical Director of QOLAE. A Registered Nurse whose career spans 34 years in ICU, Recovery, A&E, Surgical & Medical and Complex Care, she has built QOLAE around the compassion and conviction that the injured Client is at the heart of every assessment and continuing care and deserves to be seen holistically across all the multidisciplinary modalities of Case Management & Rehabilitation. Pain relief is a particular commitment of hers. She draws on analgesics, the psychology of pain and a range of methods to bring a Client relief, most of all in acute pain.

She is an Accredited Mediator, trained and assessed by the London School of Mediation on their Full Accredited Mediation Course, recognised by CIArb and IMI. Her Mediation skills were honed mainly in the workplace, across her roles in ICU, A&E, Recovery and Complex Care, where she has often navigated extremely challenging situations. Her continuing professional development in Mediation includes courses in Transformative Mediation and in Workplace & Employment Mediation. She is also an Affiliate Member of the Expert Witness Institute, where she has completed Report Writing Courses. A meticulous attention to detail runs through her work, from the careful review of medical records to the finer points of every assessment. The assessments and reports you receive will be thorough, balanced and professional.

Sylvia Josia is Clinical Lead and Clinical Case Manager for QOLAE. A Registered Nurse since 2005, she spent over a decade in the Neuroscience and Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Addenbrooke's, part of the major trauma centre for East Anglia, caring for patients with acute brain and spinal injuries. Since 2024 she has brought that expertise into Case Management, supporting injured Clients through rehabilitation after complex traumatic injuries.

Her deepest focus is the brain injured Client, where her Neuro ICU grounding gives her an intimate and rare understanding of the complexity and the long road to recovery. This is the work she is most drawn to. She meets each Client and their family with patience, attention to detail and a steady, compassionate presence.

Dr. Mary Eweka is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber with over 30 years of nursing experience and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Her training spans the United Kingdom and the United States, including an MSc in Community Public Health Nursing (Occupational Health) from Brunel University. She specialises in the mental health of adolescents, young adults and seniors, presenting at psychiatric conferences on subjects such as the intersection of chronic illness and mental health.

Her care is patient centred and culturally sensitive, grounded in evidence and delivered remotely by telehealth from the United States, so that distance is never a barrier to support. For QOLAE she brings this to the mental health and wellbeing of injured Clients, helping each person build resilience, confidence and a path back to a fulfilling life.

Ego Olori brings over 28 years of healthcare experience to QOLAE. She began her career as a Care Support Worker and rose through adult nursing to qualify as a Health Visitor and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, with an MSc in Public Health Practice.

Her work has spanned both acute hospital settings and community care, giving her a rounded understanding of people and the support they need. As QOLAE's Health Visitor she brings that understanding to the care of injured children and their families, always seeing the whole person and the world around them. In 2023 she was nominated for the Lynn Jackson Nurse of the Year Award at the NHS Lothian Celebrating Success Awards.

Dr. Bayo Adaralegbe is a distinguished arbitrator and legal scholar. A Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he holds an LLM with Distinction and a PhD in Investor State Treaty Arbitration from the University of Dundee. He also teaches and supervises doctoral candidates as an Adjunct Professor.

Over a career spanning four decades he has served as an arbitrator in domestic and international disputes and as lead Counsel in complex arbitral and court matters, across sectors from energy and construction to telecommunications and technology. In an advisory capacity he now brings this judgement to QOLAE, providing legal oversight of the company's own contracts, Terms of Business and governance, a safeguard that keeps its foundations sound.
